I’m Alysha Hicklin—a 7-figure beauty business owner and the founder of Beauty Growth  Academy. But before any of that, I was just like you. A woman with a passion for hair, beauty, and aesthetics… and a dream to turn that into something bigger.
I didn’t have a secret formula or a rich family to back me up. I built my business from the ground up with hard work, smart strategy, and relentless belief that I was made for more—even when things felt hard. In my first 9 months I made £287k, scaled a team of 18, and built a salon that now runs without me.
